RETURN, REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Mak’s Collection. 

 

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept return on any item (with original box). Please read the policy below carefully. 

 

Returns Policy

 

  • You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging (with original box)

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (Electronic Email Receipt). 

 

Return Shipping

 

  • We will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

  • Initial first shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Please note that you are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • If the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs.

 

Refunds Process

 

  1. Return the item with its original packaging.

  2. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 

  3. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  4. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

  5. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Exchange Policy

 

  • You have a 30 Day Exchange Policy – Defective Products Only.

  • Upon requesting an exchange, please provide your order number, product name, the photos of the defected part, and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.

  • If Mak’s Collection determines that repair or replacement of a defective product is not practical, we will provide a refund (please refer to our refund policy). 

  • You will be notified of the time it may take for your repaired/replacement product.
