  • What are your delivery options?
    Only Australia Standard Shipping or International Shipping is given in this stage. Flat fees with $10.
  • Do you provide International delivery?
    Yes, we ship all packages by Australia Post. Item will be shipped from the head office in Perth within 1 to 7 business days once payment has been received. ​ Postage time will vary from 7-20 business days. I DO NOT accept liability for items damaged by Australia Post
  • What is your return policy?
    Mak Collection is dedicated to offering our customers the best products and are here to help if your order is not quite as expected. You are entitled to a replacement (subject to stock availability) or refund for products that may have a major failure, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.   • How does Personalised Mini Figure Clocks works?
    We provide options to add on your name and themes options upon your purchase. Case 1: If the theme/ characters that you are looking for is not on our theme options, you can request it by sending an e-mail us at sales@makcollection.com.au or contact us directly on our Facebook Page. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours. Case 2: If you have a particular designs in your mind, you can draft your ideas and send request it by sending an e-mail us at sales@makcollection.com.au or contact us directly on our Facebook Page. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Do you provide store pick-up option?
    Yes, we do provide pick-up option. Our pick-up location is at stall 52, Fremantle Markets, South Terrace & henderson St, Fremantle WA 6160, Australia. Pick-up time will be on Friday: 9am-8pm Saturday: 9am- 6pm Sunday: 9am- 6pm
