Mak Collection is dedicated to offering our customers the best products and are here to help if your order is not quite as expected. You are entitled to a replacement (subject to stock availability) or refund for products that may have a major failure, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
